Can we also download "sent items" from our web based Outlook to our desk top or laptop?
Yes, the attached file will be shown as a link as below:
Attachments: file.zip
Mike,
The attachment did not show up as a link.

That could be due to many factors starting with your anti-virus or browser settings or it could be due to the type of file being attached or it's size.
When you open the message in Outlook or Outlook Express do you see the attachment? if so then it's most likely being blocked in our web access as security is very high when using a browser.
In Outlook, I see the file but not as a highlighted link. I have my settings in both browser and a\v set low enough for a zip file to come through. I just don't click on them unless I know the sender. Are the instructions accessable some other way than a zip file?
You lost me, what instructions are you looking for?
Here's screenshots of attachments.

I am looking for instructions on how to download my sent file to my lap top Outlook. Could you resend the instructions on how to do that? Evidently when I downlaoded your zip file to my lap top the first time, the file was stripped. Could you resend the instructions and I will just look at them from my Web Outlook?
